decalprofx.com/Here is a kit for around a hundred bucks to create your own decals. It is the only other means besides a ALPS printer to print white, silver and gold decals that I am aware of. You will need at least a black and white laser printer or a color laser printer to do this. There are several steps. A finished decal is quite thin. I have created a image and applied it to clear decal paper and sealed it with Krystal Klear. and then put it on a model. You can also use this kit to create temporary tattoos. While I am not into body art, I think this is a way to tryout the idea of having a tattoo permanently on your body. Or I would think better yet once you are tired of one tattoo you could remove it and apply another work of art. I'm not sure if people do this but you could become a walking billboard to sell stuff for businesses, a catchy idea. Once your day is done you could remove it like makeup and when the next day comes just put it on again. Just an idea. I would advise you to call or email for printer brands and models. Frank says some work better than others. It is also possible to create PE parts with this kit too.
