what do you think about a free resin body

I am playing with the idea of a free resin body to a registered member of the forum.
Cant win if you dont register.

We have a very large amount of daily visitors and not alot of people registering.
Not sure why. ? I get pms with questions but not much on the forum. So im looking for idea's do we need building of kits or ? I guess i am looking for ideas any help wiuld be cool . What you do like and what you dont like if you let me know what way to go .free stuff to win or leave it alone there are lots of things i would like to see and do but it takes time

While this is not a body these are resin copies of rare Ford Cobra jet shaker scoop parts that I made in a clear resin.  I would certainly give these two sets away and if you are in need I could make more for a buyer.  It is hard to see but the top part does have the Cobra Jet script on it.

This give away is a fun idea. I should find that set of McClaren M8B tires I made some time ago. Those would make a nice prize. I will poste a pic once located in the big mess.

Here are some McLaren tires I made from this mold some time back.  The mold does not really look like much but it does make nice tires.  These tires are hollow as well.  If you look carefully at the lower right tire laying down you can somewhat tell that the flash is thin inside and that is good.  I have seen tires out of kits molded like this too.  The mold part on the right side was originally the clay stand and the original kit tires were mount on the separate stands.  It was boxed in and the mold part on the left was poured over it completely encapsulating the tires.  I would have then removed all of the clay, sprayed in the mold release and poured the other part of the mold in.  I can tell you getting a tire out is a struggle!  I used a Polytek flex 60 or 70 to make good tires.  If you are going to try your hand at tires there can be issues of the two materials being compatible.  One product against another can cause the material to not cure properly.  And that does suck!

Register'd ??, if yer an active member, then yer a register,d member? anyway, kewl idea actually I'd like to get in on this, I'm building a '66 Buick Wildcat lowrider, kit bashed with a '67 Impala, and will post pic's and videos, real soon, but yep, this is a kewl idea.....
