Whew, this a long one, ok, started out with a '66 Wildcat, AMT customizing series Buick, used the somewhat kustom parts, lost everything but the body, I luv the car so much I have had the body well over 12 years, yeah just the body, wanna get close to me?, talk to me about building, one off kustom'z and I will be your friend for life, soooooooo, bout 2-3 months ago?  ? I got to thinking, seen plenty of Wildcats, but how about one kit bashed with a '67 Impala, ??, kustomized just a lil on the mild side, so began "Wicked Dream", well ok it started out as "Dream'r" an has evolved, here are a few shots,   '67 Impala frame getting stretched 5/16" to fit wheel base   After first primer,   Second primer,   Stance acheved,  New drive shaft, using aluminum tubing,  |

'67 Impala rear end, with scratch build springs, and perches, 16 gauge. now I have to find red, as yep, you guessed it the car will have somewhat of a kustom paint job using finger nail polish and Kustom Kolors paint,   Kustom shaved, dash and consul, rough, but almost there now, will also have counter sunk organ pipe 6x9" speakers, scratched built, pic's soon, seat on the left, was caste'd from seat on the right, which came from some van kit, now I used 2 part epoxy marine fiberglass resin mixed with Testors white enamal paint, as for the mold I used Composi heat and pour molding, left overnight, came out perfect,   Just finished pass side curve of the dash, well sorta, will glass it, after I finish driver side and counsol,  First base, yeah poor body has been beat almost to death, scared, yep filler time now, paint is Dupli-Color black, some new weird stuff, in a blue can? ?   Oh yeah floor pan stretch went as planed, perfect ummmmm well so far, will see after first primer, sure it will need a lil touch up, they always do,  Dunno if you can see it, but yes kustom valve cover, with a skull, and wisps, yeah going to use the 427 CI, just don't know what intake I wanna go with, a kustom TPI, or dual intake with a set of Holly double pumpers, and a kustom oval air breather, we'll see when that lady starts to sing,   |

Welp, back to stage one, broke the body, so in the parts box goes the remainder of it, sorry to have waisted all you time...

That Does make it a little harder to fix that's when you learn about massive customs . So you can turn the 6000 pieces into somthing . Couple bottles of glue and all those pieces mixed together let it dry and start carving. Ha ha . Sorry bad joke .that's to bad and probably not an easy body to find . I can ask some friends in case you still want use all the dash frame etc. Just let me know. By the way is it on Video you can start a new failures type of modeling site bet it would have lots of views .

That Does make it a little harder to fix that's when you learn about massive customs . So you can turn the 6000 pieces into somthing . Hahahahahaha, lol, yer not right in the head, lol, I would like to finish it, so yeah I need a body, and not really hard to find, the only thing worth a darn from the kit is the body, kustom parts, and the stock grill, tail lights, glass, stuff like that, the dash is wrong, interior tub just sux, and the frame/chassie just trash, but I just can't justify paying 20.00 for just a body, yeah I could part out the rest, NOT lol, but I'm looking........ |
