Wow I guess it must be hot when I try to make a mold and it just bubbles up. Even when I try to vac the air out its trying to set even with retarder.. i have the a/c down to 78 and it still looks not right I hope it turns out . The strange thing is last year it worked fine in side with a/c. By the way they are saying 122 maybe today . And to think when I had my welding shop I was outside welding when we set the record of 128 deg. And the boat would not fit inside the door.

I lived up there when that happen, lol, could the resin mix be bad? out dated?, I know some have like a crapy shelf life once open'd, I know some ppl who have bought 2 part stuff, and was just bad to begin with...

It's the silicone . It's almost new . Worked two days before . 4 or 5 deg cooler.and did some late at night when cooler with no issue .

Yes it's still hot and humid for here .but yes its calmed down a little and I have been Able to get some molds made and I did get to test the 500 crew cab mold with the small back window. I am not happy with with my mastering work to many small things but it's not worth anymore time or effort for the small window. I have started to work on the large window crew cab . Also the bed mold for the fleetside is done and works good . I finally got the test mold for your step side to work so now on to the rest of that bed .And I have made some small parts for you because of heat and humidity it has really slowed down what I can do with the resin I have to do very small poors..
I have redone the headlight and steering molds and made some small parts my plan for yesterday was to get your stuff done to send but had to go help greg . So that starts today I am going to send a 500 std cab and a 500 crewcab don't know if they will have the parts if things go good it may happen but the main thing is to get you your kits and an extra like before . If I get lucky maybe I can get it shipped Monday or tuesday..this is the first time the weather has caused this much of a problem ever for me . A day or two here and there but not like this . It really messes things up people still want there parts kit etc . Lucky for us it does slow down in the summer . It really does not make sense with the a/c its 78 inside and should not be an issue . There has to be some sort of a humidity thing causing it when I was in South Carolina the moisture caused lots of problems . Anyway I need to get back to work thank you for your patience I'll try and keep you updated

No i did not it was a little cooler today so if trying to cast some parts while I am able I did almost the 500 crew done have a little bodywork around back window then I can make the mold .And got a new headlight mold done . I got 6 or 8 of the old steering wheels made of the old style and doing some of the new ones right now . I am also making some new molds that will do multiple parts at same time I also have found the right front axle and rear axle and transmission. Just need to find the 413 ci.. engine the hood was warped slightly. Got that fixed should mold good . I did not see the warp tell after I made the mold . Even with the heat I have been working long hours trying to get things done. I have figured how to cast the hauler bed .that will take at least a couple weeks . I hope to ship 3 maybe 4 tomorrow . I would like to get 4 or 5 so you have no wait. I thought you said you need 3 just to make up what you sent . I'll do my best to try and get 4_5 to you I want to ship tomorrow. The photobucket is all messed up trying to make a switch to form I for now I signed up but they have not billed my account to turn it on . Don't understand what there problem is they just tell me to try later . Hope it's not a sign of there service . Not many hosting sites left.. I will let you know we're I stand tomorrow if I can get it all sent . I know you need one bad . It's cheaper to ship all compared to one . Thanks Rocky
